Description
GPL Technologies LLC is a rapidly growing System Integrator and is looking for an Inside Account Representative. As an Inside Account Representative you will work to qualify, develop and maintain customers. This mid-level position will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple clients of various sizes and technologies. This job is ideal for individuals interested in entering the Information Technology field in a sales capacity. Candidates must be able to work with Account Executives and grow existing customer relationships, develop relationships with new customers, follow-up on sales leads and grow an account base.

Principal Responsibilities
The work will be varied, but will include:
* Assist the Account Executives on a daily basis
* Provide pricing, quotes and take orders over the phone and through email
* Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings
* Answer/respond to customers inbound product question
* Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data
* Create and execute against a personal action plan specific to growth

Required Experience
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required
* Excellent listening skills
* Must be outgoing, friendly, and persuasive
* Must be results driven and goal-oriented
* Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office(Very Experienced in Excel) and web browsers
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
* Working knowledge and experience and with the Internet
* Associate or Bachelor*s Degree a plus
* 1*3 years of previous inside sales experience preferred but not required, preferably in the Information Technology industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and internet
* Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
* Must be mature and confident with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Must be assertive, creative, and a team player
* Outstanding time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious
* Experience with any of the following products a plus: HDS, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, EMC
